Our data is refreshed on a constant rolling basis with almost 150,000 validation calls being made every month. On average 90% of the data is validated within 3-months. All premium data is downloaded from the live database at point of order.

Our data is originally sourced from a combination of 4 of the UK's top list owners and is telephone validated on a rotational basis, and because the data is sourced from several list owners we have a larger selection to choose from as compared to going to in individual list owner.

As with most data; where you gain explicit (and documented) permission to contact a data recipient again then that contact can be contacted outwith the licence agreement.

Under no circumstances can you resell, redistribute or publish any of our data - Our databases are seeded and actively monitored against breaches of copyright.

We are a small business and don't have the large overheads of many of our competitors, furthermore we have developed our own database management software, which means that we have a significantly lower technical overhead than our competitors.

Yes we can de-dupe against your existing client list. For a simple de-dupe at company name level there is no extra charge, where you require a deeper de-dupe for example at contact name level then there will be a small fee to cover technical time.

We do not offer a data appending service as such, however you may send us a list of (properly formatted) company names we will be happy to show you what matching data we have available.

Upon order completion we aim to deliver your data within 2-hours during normal office hours.
